Regarding Stage II of growth Surge

Unfortunately I’m one of those people who doesn’t react well to Massive Eating principles. Yes it is a great idea, but my metabolism is as fast as they get. I have no trouble gaining weight, but only if i consume 15grams of Good fats at every meal. So during Phase II i’m going to consume meals with fat in them. I did massive eating for 2 months with 0 luck, and I was eating just as much calories as is recommended in Stage II of growth surge. The only difference was way less volume! Once I added fat to my meals and took down the calories, I saw better results. So yes Massive eating is a great idea, but not everyone gets the same results. I don’t know how my body would react to massive eating on something like MAG 10… but im definitely sure it would react well on a diet with 15g of fat at each meal. So that’s what i’m going to stick with :smiley:
