If it was just a few weeks & no injury, I would do 1 or 2 lighter intensity workouts and then jump right back in to whatever I was doing before. That’s not enough time off to cause a significant detraining effect, especially if you’ve been training a year or more.
Most people do very light activity for a full week leading up to a meet - if you’ve only taken a week or 2 past that, you really shouldn’t be that out of it.
