Refeeds...

I recall at one point reading a diet program where, depending on training age and anabolic support, trainees would have a refeed (or maybe it would be called an overfeed or something, I don’t really know the terminology that well) every 4-7 days, where they would eat 2x their normal calorie intake. Does anyone remember the name or author of the article?

Man there are a Plethora out there that include various types of refeeds. Including T-Dawg having the cheat meal/day option.

Others like UD2 where you hit a certain # it may be a two day refeed just depends.

I was actually looking through that article when I remembered the diet that I’m trying to…remember :slight_smile:

To the best of my knowledge, it was much more of a structured increase of calories, rather than a cheat day, but I’ll keep digging. I’m probably not providing nearly enough information for someone to pinpoint the program.
