Awesome squat night tonight felt strong as fuck. Got sloppy because of it unfortunately though haha. Worked up to 500 for 3 SSB Pause Squat. 2nd rep I literally almost completely fell backwards so I just leaned over super far and did a good morning. Came back and smashed the 3rd rep lol. Which 500 for 3 pause lmao that bar is a PR as well as the Good Morning haha. Close Grip Bench worked up to 315 for 5 RPE9 then 3 sets of 5 with 275. SSB Good Morning worked up to 265 for easy 6.

Nothing’s ever fried my traps like quite like SSB squats with some good old form breakdown where you just have to muscle it up. Nice set!

That takes some balls. Congratulations. Starting out on your own is a hell of a step.

Today was definetly an off day but pretty happy with it. That stumbled on the SSB last session really trashed me. Lower back and hams were trash still pretty noticeable DOMS the entire session.
