Reduced Lactic Acid = Reduced GH?

If beta alanine reduces your body’s acidity, and reduces lactic acid buildup, I wonder if this could have negative effects on natural GH production. Some say that high lactic acid levels increase the production of GH. If you blunt lactic acid build up, then won’t GH production be hindered?

I’ve never got caught up in doing certain exercises because the supposedly raise Test or GH. I just try to pick the exercises that are most effective for my objectives at the moment.

However, the argument that you shouldn’t take Beta-7 because it limits lactic acid seems pretty flawed. After all, you can still get the ‘burn’ while using Beta-7 if you just train harder.

I have wondered the same thing. Since using beta alanine for a couple months now I can’t remember the last time I felt lactic acid build up. I have even incorporated more to failure workouts and just finished the Smolov base meso cycle and my legs never felt the “burn”. Even supersetting the same muscle group.
