Red Bands Cutting Cycle!

I am starting my cutting cycle, (about time fatty) and basicly have everything planned out. I will be following a mod T-dawg diet with GVT 2000 as my program, but i need help on Energy System work. All i know is that i will be doing the ESW on off days at a track.

I might start with some 100m x 5
and add sets as i progress, but i have a feeling after 4 weeks i might get bored. Any suggestions?

I like to do what my high school called “tours”. Basically, you have a stadium that has seven sets of stairs across the bleachers (cement bleachers in this case). You run up one set, across to the next set, down that set, across to the next set, up that set, across to the next set, down that set, etc, until you’ve reached the end. Then you run all the way back across to the first set of stairs and this is one tour. Then, you do it again. This might be confusing so let me know if I need to explain it further. Jumping rope is another calorie burner.

I suggest you dont do the volume training…and just keep it simple with low heavy reps…just try to mantain strength…also doing them edt style with distal excercises makes it better

on the diet…take a good look at carb cycling…its your best bet in my opinion

hiit is easy…do 10 yd sprints till you cant breath…or try the tabata protocol same deal basically :slight_smile:
