Recovery Workouts

Im currently training 3x per week with full body workouts. I would like to work out around noon, so i can get a good amount of meals and a nap after my workouts. But I also need to train in the evening some times, to help my gf out. If I do the same exact workout in the evening, about 6-7 hours later, is there a certain intensity % and volume I should use to aid in recovery, and not set me back.

Or should I really just train in the evening with her, and not be able to get a nap after, and only get one meal after?

if your serious about your training you shouldn’t train with your gf unless she is also a serious lifter otherwise you talk about pointless stuff and stuff up uour workouts, trust me i learned that the hard way with my ex

but if you really want to go with her you could do some cardio or HIIT and just help her with her program

Yep as above, maybe do some prehab/mobility stuff while she’s catching her breath.
