But who the fuck cares what you have to say about replies to SOMEONE ELSES question?

At what point did your girlfriend lose the ability to let us know that the replies were unproductive?

Do you hold her hand while crossing the street too? Or maybe its the reverse and she’ll force you to sleep on the floor if you dont prove your worth to her via forum posting.

hmm

at no point did i defend anyone’s honor…you took offense when i pointed out that maybe people needed to pay closer attention before offering their opinions. several questions were asked that she had already answered.

this brings us to now, a time when we are double-reverse trolling each other until i post a picture of myself in a he-man outfit to counter your skeletor. [/quote]

This is a bit too far… you guys want to banter back and forth in your little ego battle fine, but leave me out of it or gtfo. If you have something worth value to say i’d be more than happy to hear it.

P.S. I’d like to see that he man outfit…

Thats what I plan to do for today’s shake. I do deadlifts at 185lbs so excited! Going to drink some of the shake before I go and the rest when I get back. Went to GNC to browse through other powders didn’t find anything that really struck me. Going to search this site for some products. Will post if I find anything interesting.

Don’t be afraid of protein. The most beautiful muscle girls all eat low carb, at least part of the time. So, in your post workout shake, look to cut carb before fat or protein. All the proteins sold on this site are great quality. Add a little almond or peanut butter and you should have a great PWO shake. If you want some carbs to replenish glycogen just blend in some frozen fruit and maybe use milk instead of water.

If you want to get stronger, eat a significant amount of protein. That doesn’t seem to be hardwired into the instincts of most girls, but you gotta do it.

In a recovery drink, this means protein. And some carbs in there are good for almost everybody not on the strictest of diets.

Fats in a recovery drink aren’t strictly necessary. They might help you get added calories, if you want that. Or add yumminess.

My gf likes chocolate milk with protein powder.

Besides that, you’ve got a lot of flexibility.

Thinking of getting the Metabolic Drive Low Carb formula, or the Grow! Whey protein. My shake tonight had 20g fat, 41g protein, 47g carbs, and 530 calories. Also, my deadlift was 185lbs for 8 reps, so i’m pretty freakin happy right now.

For a PWO shake, looks great.

Congrats on the deadlifts!

You totally made up for it with the pic! awesome!

If your peanut butter has anything other than peanuts and salt on the ingredients list, I’d throw it out for organic or all natural. Jiff, Skippy, Peter Pan…all are basically Crisco with peanut flavoring added.

I have been looking for this natural peanut butter that I had this summer and it was natural or organic, whichever you prefer, and it was not sweet what-so-ever. And i’ve been looking for it and for some reason i think it was like baking pb, but anywho i can’t seem to find it.

I know if you go to a stop and shop or shop right, look for smucker’s organic. That’s an easy one. I think smuckers.com will list retailers in your area.

I think every supermarket sells some kind of natural peanut butter. It doesnt need to be organic. Organic is more expensive than natty pb.
