Is there a consolidated list of books, doctors, experts, etc. that people here follow?
I am also concerned about the quacks that are out there and how to avoid them and the bad/damaging information they can provide (like biweekly shots are mandatory everyone or no man would ever need estrogen control, etc.). For example, I am curious what other people think about the information/advice given by Ellis Toussier - Rejuvenation. I just found his site today. He seems… different, but his information/recommendations look interesting.
I was going to post all of these other doctors that have great information that I have read over the last two years, but apparantly, I did not bookmark any of their pages. #$!#@#$!$^ It seems like I get most of my information from body building forums.
I do like Stop the Thyroid Madness which seems to have a good approach on Thyroid issues, Al Sears seems to have some good information at least at first glance (as far as I can tell), and of course the mainstay Life Extension Foundation.
Some of Dr. John’s work really needs to be updated. He makes some statements and claims that seem undefenseable on forums that make me wonder about the rest of the package. However, he seems to be one of the best TRT doctors out there and perhaps the most accessible. You cannot argue with that. He has been very effective in promoting awareness of hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue in the TRT context.
