Well im looking for fat burner that works well and is under 60 bux.
im 17(18 sep1)6’2" 301. I play baseball, and football. I go to the gym 6 days a week and work hard everyday. I eat great, so thats not a problem.
Lets look at the more important topic - you dont need a fat burner. Dude, you’re not even 18, you’re not badly overweight, and youre an athlete. If you need to improve your conditioning, do that, but you look like youre just a big, long-limbed, thick-boned dude. Your forearms and calves, the only part of you we can actually see in those picks, arent sausage-like, and your gut isnt protruding through your shirt. Do not buy a fat burner.

Seconded. You don’t need a fat burner (and T-Nation won’t sell you one until you’re 18). I wouldn’t recommend any except HOT-ROX even if I could though. The rest are powered by nothing but caffeine, diuretics, and maybe some hunger suppressants. They’ll just mess you up.
i know i may not look it but i really am fat. I have like c cup man boobs, and a huge gut. Thanks to under armor its all compressed so you cant see my boobs. My gut on the other hand iv had since i was like 10, so i just suck it in. I have done it so long its effortless and I dont even know im doing it. I cant let go of my gut and do stuff because i just feel so not right. Its sucked in 24 7 no matter what. ut I dont know im doing it.
I agree with irish. If you really have c cup man boobs and a huge gut, you won’t need help from a fat burner to lean out. At that point, cleaning up your diet and lifting consistantly will cause drastic changes to your physique. After you’ve dieted and fatloss starts slowing down, a fat burner can help. Theres no easy outs.

Why are you guys so opposed to fat burners?[/quote]
Your age is the main concern. Of secondary concern is the fact that you probably could get to your goal without the use of a fat burner. Generally one wants to take as few pills as is absolutely necessary.
Like I said in my first post, HOT-ROX is the only fat burner I would recommend since the others give poor results and are fairly unhealthy. Biotest (the company that owns this website and produces HOT-ROX) will not sell you HOT-ROX because of your age. Therefore I have no fat burner to recommend.
Because fat loss is a gradual process. First you cut cals, then add cardio, then tweek the diet, then add supps. If you do everything at once what are you going to do when you stall?
You have a lot to lose. It shouldn’t require much effort to shed 5-10 lbs easy.

Im not opposed to fat burners at all. Im currently using HOT-ROX. However I’ve been dieting for three months and have added it in after about 6-7 weeks. From the vibe of your posts, it seems your looking for a dieting crutch and a quick fix to fatloss. Im just trying to stress that a fat burner is NOT a quick fix and will NOT help at all if your diet isn’t dialed in.
Plus, at your level of ‘fatness’, losing fat isn’t all that hard and usually just requires cleaning up your diet and being consistant. Why are you so opposed to proper dieting?

Im not. Im eating great. I work out hard. Yet I just keep gaining weight. Its very aggravating.
If your really “eating great” you wouldn’t be gaining fat. You mentioned that your gaining muscle, but your just getting heavier. Muscle has weight. From the way your typing this, it seems that you mean, your putting on both muscle and fat, am I correct? The word “weight” can mean anything.
A fat burner will not burn the fat as you put on muscle. Building muscle and burning fat are two opposing physiological processes. You need a surplus of calories or a lack of calories to do one or the other. Its not realistic to expect both.
If you really want to cut up, then drop your calories. You aren’t going to cut up without having less calories in then you are burning off. You HAVE to have a caloric deficit.
