Recommendations to Keep Weight Off

I’m about to be down for awhile. I have a back and knee surgery coming up that’s going to put me on the couch for awhile. Besides eating right and with addition to that. What’s something i could take or incorporate into that to help keep the weight off and fat % down?

Do you mind educating me on that please?

And what do you think a good diet will be to someone that’s going to be couch riding for awhile?

Clean up your diet and maintain a clean diet. That is, minimize any insulin spike at all costs.

Make sure to keep your protein more than you would think you need. Never get your body in the situation that causes your body to feed on your muscles for adequate protein needs.
