i thought greens + was the best?
I tried to buy greens + from amazon today. Whenever I try to check out, I get the white “this page can not be found” browser screen, wether I use my yahoo browser or internet explorer. I need to figure out how to buy from amazon, I am not sure what my problem is.
I don’t touch anything that lists DL-Alpha Tocophyrl as it’s vitamin E because if they skimp on that one who knows what other cheap half absorbable sources they use for anything else. A quick and dirty litmus test for quality. My wife gets us Twinlab multis woithout iron from Swanson’s website. I don’t remember what they cost, but it’s not too bad.

Would it be safe for me to chew a centrum, even though it doesn’t say chewable, or could there possibly be throat burn or something?
I open my multi caps and pour the contents into my anabolic glop in the food processor. Also since most decent vitamins contain way more of everything than can be utilized at once I open em and pour part of a cap into my mouth with each meal that isn’t in the food processor.
Last longer and absorbed more efficiently, but yeah they taste pretty shitty, but it’s only for a minute. The mineral caps are almost tasteless.
180 of these for one person, especially if you break up a single like I was saying should last a few months. Check the ingredients. Nobody will use all this in one swallow. You will get some purty fluorescent urine though.
this may be a stupid question, but for vitamin tablets, and any other tablets for that matter, can you put them in a blender, for example in a protein shake or PWO shake? I cant swallow tablets…

I don’t see how this could possibly hurt anything. However it will probably make your shake tatse pretty bad if you care about that and unless you crush em pretty good before you put em in the blender you’ll have chunks. Also if the shake is pretty thin you may wind up with half of it in the bottom of the blender.
Barney,
Vitrin from Neutraceutics is a great multivitamin, but will run you around $25 a month as well. It does have the antioxidant equivalent of 5 (I believe) servings of fruits and veges. Good stuff.
