anyways, I didn’t see one of these threads… so lets hear some of your favorite bodybuilding recipes.
I’ll start with my favorite cut-friendly night time “shake”
2 cups unsweetened almond milk - 60 cals
1 1/2 scoops ON strawberry banana protein (have not tried other flavors, i imagine vanilla or cookies and cream type flavor would also work well)- 180 cals
1 cup low fat cottage cheese - 160 cals
1 tsp vanilla extract - 10 cals
3 packets equal (aspartame sweetener)
2 packets truvia (stevia sweetener)
1 tbsp cinnamon
little bit of nutmeg
throw it all in a blender with a good bit of ice, and you got yourself a shake that tastes damn close to egg nog in my opinion… personal favorite of mine.

protein - 66g (270)
carbs - 10g (40)
fat - 11g (100)
