This is for anyone that wants to see Recipes for Success coninue. I am going to post 2 I came up with in the near future. Meanwhile, if someone thinks they have a good idea for food, let everyone know and post it.
I definitely think we should. Here’s one for a high fat/protein meal: 1 or 2 scoops of advanced protein, 5 to 10 teaspoons of
heavy cream (more or less depending on your calorie needs) 2-3 teaspoons of artificial sweetner. Freeze this for 3 hours or so and you’ve got some yummy ice cream. You may have to play with the freezing time or even nuke it in the microwave for a sec to get the right consistency. This may not be the healthiest of fats but I can’t see it hurting if used sparingly as a desert. This may be old hat to some of you but, if you use vanilla you can add in some cinnamin and nuts. This later formulation rocks. Let me know what you all think and lets get some input.
Here are my recipes I promised. Bon Appetit!

Protein Brownie
3 cups chocolate Whey Protein
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs (8 white or egg substitue works)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2+ cups water
1-2 Tbsp. sugar (3-4 packets sweetener)
Preheat oven to 250-275’ (this minimizes protein denaturization). Mix all dry ingredients and stir in wet ones. Add water until a desired consistency is obtained (imagine regular brownie mix). Pour in pan (I used 13x9) until about 1/2" thick. BAKE NO MORE THAN 13-15 MINUTES —> more causes denaturization and it taste like shit! Cool and enjoy.
About 2:1 ratio protein to fat, and the whole recipe contains less than 50 g. carbs.

I like the cheesecake recipe by itself. Taste like a soft custard. Highly recommended

The brownie recipes need a few kinks worked out. Keep me posted. I made it 3 times, 2 times it turned out pretty damn good. It turned out much better when I used the real sugar. My friend didn’t know he was munchin’ on protein.
