At 15?? No way.
I can pretty much guarantee that since they realised what a freak they had on their hands the foremost goal of his coaches has been to keep him healthy and not be the guy that messed up Usain Bolt.
The secondary goal would be technique/allowing him to realise his full potential on the track.
-ie they’re not thinking gee if only this guy had a bigger engine he’d really do some damage!

Lol. You have got to be kidding me. The very term “freak of nature” defines itself such that you cannot say it was due to drugs. It is definitionally contradictory to even say such a thing.

And I still bet you are functionally illiterate with your two favorite fallacy’s the straw man and the red herring in order of importance, at least judging by your previous ill-conceived posts and very compelling misreading of my previous post in this thread to mean something it clearly does not (ah, what’s that? A straw man, yes very pretty). And you still haven’t responded to my request for you to verify your claim with a scientific source in the other thread.

There kind of is a way to know. Look at his growth through to adulthood. One of the risks of early test usage is stunting growth by causing an early response in the closing of growth plates. This usually takes place in early 20’s with that last big surge of natural test production, but can happen early due to aas use.

question to anyone is there actually proof of the closing of growth plats. I’ve heard it but never seen any concrete info

You serious?
If you have to use steroids before hitting puberty, you probably won’t have the genetics to be the fastest human on Earth.

While I agree his post is stupid. I don’t agree that someone only take steriods or PEDs Becuase they have to. They take them to improve. I see no reason why a young person wouldn’t take them just to be even better. Our RB in Hs was dominant and couldn’t be stopped before roids. His senior yr he still decided to take them.

It’s pretty much accepted as fact. Estrogen closes growth plates (that’s the main reason women are smaller than men). Testosterone converts to estrogen so the more testosterone produced, the higher the levels of estrogen and the faster the rate of growth plate closure.

So still no studies ect
If used with any intelligence estrogen won’t go up and also some people covert much less to estrogen.

That’s true, but Prof is making the same point I’m making–his use or non-use is irrelevent. He probably uses, just not caught–but it doesn’t really matter because as Debra pointed out if you could get what Bolt has out of a vial then we’d have a million of them around. The gyms are full of people who think that the vial will make them Arnold incarnate…and are wrong.
You take steroids before puberty…it’s because your genetics are so subpar you were either prescribed them by a doc (they used to be prescribed for stunted growth), or because you can’t compete without them and you’re an idiot/desperate. You don’t destroy people your age or even an age above you your whole life, even before hitting your growth stage in puberty, without the genetics of a demi-god. And you especially don’t do the kinds of things Bolt is doing without the genetics of a demi-god, regardless of use or not.
The term “freak of nature due to steroids” is a contradiction in terms, which is what I pointed out to our comprehension challenged guest here earlier.

While true, name the last time a 15 year old used anything with intelligence. Especially something as dangerous as hormonal drugs. Also, although I don’t really want to go digging, I mentioned above AAS were prescribed early on for stunted growth in kids or underweight children in the age before anti-aromatases were invented. So it is conceivable there are some studies noting the phenomenon being correlated are out there, decades old. I don’t care enough to go look though lol.

Seriously? So we have to spend all afternoon looking up case studies?
This is science fact. Yes, there have been case studies of children even getting doses of testosterone from playing with their father and sharing household items seeing a stunted growth pattern because the dad was using testosterone (in one case study it was topically applied to the skin).
Will you see it in all cases? Of curse not. That isn’t how biology works.

Really?
If you have to take steroids to beat your opponents at that age, you damn sure won’t be beating every single person down the pike for the rest of your life.
