So it seems the ED injections are really treating you well, eh? Amazing. I’m feeling pretty good, too — libido like 6.5/10. Still considering switching back to the cream at some point — the libido was better with that method, and I’m not sure I want to keep injecting myself daily…but it is more convenient.

It may be I who won’t walk right for a week. That girl learned some new tricks over the past 10 years. I went in expecting to dominate her but she had other plans. I had to call it quits when the sun came up. All in all it was a success. Now I need two days of laying on the couch.

Note to self don’t do heavy leg day the day before you plan a total poon massacre.

At ~15% and 185 lbs., I am fluffier than usual. Over the summer, I was ~7% and 165. Penis skin on the abs. Veins are hiding these days.

But I’m cool with where I am. I’m making slow gains, libido has been much better (up to 7/10), I haven’t had any dandruff (a problem for years), my skin hasn’t been dry and flaky like it usually is in the winter, and my body temperature hasn’t been in a constant state of freezing. I may have more fat on my midsection…but my body feels good. Nourished and happy.

Here’s to more progress this year.

So far, so good…It’s definitely a different feeling than EOD. I think with EOD, I was injecting enough to where I could “feel” the peak of the test…but with ED, I’m not injecting enough to feel that peak like I once did, but still enough to keep things going.

Yesterday was the 6 week mark. I have no plans of stopping this schedule yet. I’ll probably do some bloods in 2-4 weeks to see where I am…and to see if I need to modify anything drastic before my April Dr appointment.

It’s part of my nightly routine now. I fill about 7-9 syringes on a Sunday…then each night, I brush, mouthwash, piss, blow my nose, wash hands, inject, put my Armour on my night stand and go to bed. Easy peasy.

Side note - I ordered AX-1 and started today. Really excited to have a guided workout program for the first time in my life and looking forward to completing the rest of the program. Thanks @dextermorgan and you @bkb333 for the advice, feedback and suggestions - much appreciated.

But I was good for 2 days in a row without a marathon so there’s that. Something about hangover sex always works for me, I guess it’s my brains way of trying to get some endorphins going

It’s pretty great having the video where he does the entire workout while you’re doing it. The funny thing is if anyone notices it on your phone they always say something like “Oh dude Athleanx is the shit”.

Man once you get really dialed in you’ll be happy you can last a long time (so will she). I never am able to bust within an hour or starting. Literally never.

I don’t even think I’ve ever made it to an hour. That’s quite a mark!

Like @ncsugrad2002 is saying it’s not always ideal as the word quickie doesn’t exist in my world but when you get a girl that’s used to 2 min you have them on call for life

Damn man, cardio has got to be a strong suit of yours. I would pass out from exhaustion going that long.

That’s the only cardio I do. Kinky shit keeps the adrenaline pumping. TRT makes me a hammer.
