This. 70mg test EOD (one shot in 7 will be 60mg), 50mg Oxandrolone daily for 6 weeks, while dieting on about 700 cal deficit.
Iāve used Oxandrolone twice while eating at maintenance and gained a couple LBS each time. This will be first for cutting. It tends to drive my SHBG into single digits
I have mentioned this to you before IIRC, but if I behave myself on my cut, and reach my goal of 190 lbs by July, that I will reward myself with a mini Tbol blast for July (maybe a little into August if I push 6 week). I figure do the cut, lose fat and some muscle (hopefully not a lot), then build all the muscle back quickly with drugs.

Yep you did. Whatās the thinking behind the Tbol blast calorie wise? Will you stay on cut-level cal or up them for the 4 weeks? Why not use Tbol during your diet to retain muscle the whole time?
Iāve been on a cut for 9 weeks, 8 weeks of GLP-1 and 1 week off, got from 214 ā 199 and realized Iām fatter than I thought lol. Now I figure Iāll need to be 185-190, so another 2 rounds of GLP, 6 on one off (for mental health). Being on a diet for 20 total weeks I figured the Var would mitigate the muscle loss. I do plan to blast in October tho, so I guess some loss now would be made back then.
One of my old sources sells mestanolone. I imagine itād be great for powerlifting (sympathomimetic effect + no weight gain). Would be hell on lipids, degree of hepatotoxicity is debatable, probably equitable with most c17-aa orals.
Slight surplus. I think the body will be ready to put back on the muscle.
I tried cutting with AAS. I wasnāt very successful. I did recomp a bit. I figure at the end of July, I am better cutting on 200 mg of test, and then putting the muscle back on (hopefully with a bit extra).

I am 5ā10" at about 198 lbs currently. I would guess I am around 15% BF, but I really donāt know. I have abs flexed, but non flexed they get a bit blurry. I hold most of my fat in my stomach area. My legs and arms have what I consider to be good vascularity (people mention it, and sometimes poke at them).
I might just make a training log. I am not working with a coach anymore, so it might be a good way to track progress.

Well, I am still recovering from what I believe is a nerve issue with my left arm. It is improving though. Before that I benched 385 lbs. I can still do 315, but probably not a lot more. I am improving fairly rapidly though. 3 months ago I could only bench 185, and that was damn near a 1RM.
I have done 205 lbs on the OHP, not sure how much the arm will impact that. I did 145 lbs for 5X8 on Monday. I think 225 would have been there when I hit the 385 bench, but I hadnāt been training OHP at that time, and it had been close to a year since training it.
Squat I have done 507 lbs in wraps, and 435 in sleeves. I think my sleeved squat would be higher if that is how I had been competing. Sleeves donāt add much to the squat. I wear loose ones for warmth and knee health. I maybe get 5 lbs out of them, but my knees get a lot less sore.
Deadlift I have done 600 lbs recently.

Sounds like a reasonable plan for peaking in August. Iām curious ā why is Tbol your compound of choice? I donāt know anything about it.
Wonder why. Donāt most BBers typically take more sauce when theyāre cutting (contest prep)? Or maybe they just take a low T dose but the other compounds (thyroid, etc) cause the fat burning?
I think itās this. They drop āwetā compounds into the cut and stick to more anabolic & dry AAS.
Only orals I have tried have been Var and Tbol (well 1 day of drol too I guess). I just noticed a lot more strength with Tbol. I havenāt even taken it for more than 3 days, and for me, I had a lot better strength than Var for 6 weeks at 50 mg/day, and 100 mg/day the last week. Both are very mild. The pumps on Tbol were crazy though. Like my bicep felt like it was flexed for 5 minutes after a set of curls.
Maybe it is just me, but Tbol seems stronger.
I also donāt like that Var is mostly processed by the kidneys. That means liver values will be better, but the liver recovers from abuse, damage to kidneys seems to stick around.
I know you canāt really compare them given the short duration of your Tbol use, but how do you sense theyād compare in terms of body comp?
I donāt really know. My thought on it though is that if I get stronger on Tbol, I can use more weight for reps, and build more muscle. Some guys love var though. I should say, that with UGL, you donāt know what you got. Maybe my var was shitty.
@iron_yuppie took low dose Anavar for a year or so I believe.
