Figured this was the reasonable subforum to post this in… anyone here know of any real gyms (power racks, bands, chains, boards, GHR, reverse hyper, sleds) in the Rochester NY area? I’m going to be on break from college soon and am desperately in need of something better than the YMCA with all the azz clownz in lifting gloves and sleeveless v-necks
