I dont understand how you can be pure fat at these numbers. I am 6feet 215lbs and my numbers arent as good and I am not pure lard.
For nutrition try adhering to Berardi`s Top 7 for now… I think…

buhahahahahahaha… at 155 lbs I dont think anyone is too worried… especially since you wont even be 155 lbs if you actually get rid of the fat.

waits for reference to Bruce Lee not weighing much

I LIKE TURTLES!

This week in my lifts at the points when I was doing peak weight, I did deadlift 3x1 415 lbs, no belt/chalk; squat 3x1 315 lbs. Also power clean 3x3 225 lbs.

I am 5’11", low 180s weight.

jump off a tall building lolz

I came to that conclusion by reading your diet…and realizing that you have no idea what you’re doing.

i was exaggerating a bit but my belly is getting out of control after neglecting it for so long. the body fat is estimated. i got it from the electronic tester.

frankly, i don’t blame any of you for questioning my lifts. shit, i really wonder how i do it myself. couple people i lift with at the gym are always asking me what im on when i lift with them. i tell em fish oil and then they say, “yea, but what are REALLY on??” and i get this all the time, “hey, where can i score some DBOL??”

I can always look up one of John Berardi’s diet plans, goto physique clinic, even Chris Shugart has great recipe’s, but i dont have 24 hours in a day to devote to cooking and eating 6 sensible meals. i work, like most of you, and though it’s really not a valid excuse, i figured someone else in my shoes would know a quick fix or something that i dont know. seriously, the more you read and the more you learn, you see that the amount of information is endless, its truly easier to ask someone who’s been there to lay it out for you sometimes.

hence, personal training is a good business, accountants, financial advisors, psychologists… they’d all be out of jobs if everyone looked shit up on wikipedia.

What else do we wanna talk about here?

Doing Chicks?
Being sweet?

Oh I know!

CHEESE!!

I for one; love cheese. Yancy’s Fancy is good cheese.

How can you help clients if you can’t help yourself?

“yea buddy, and your not fat. your body fat is higher, weight is higher, and you ARE STILL WEAKER than i. am i boasting. hell yea son. get your fuckin weight up.”

  • MMM former bad ass highschool wrestler turns internet tough guy. Suprise, Surprise. Thanks for the reminder I forgot to update my profile. And yes after a car accident left me with a shattered tibia and ipsilateral femoral fractures, I put on some weight.

But I’m getting back on track right now.

Why are you so angry? Is it because you’re not a big guy? Because people question your numbers posted on a thread. Perhaps, some douche bag gym hired you to be their minimum wage trainer?

I suspect you may have some internal wars to fight before challenging people via the web. I would suggest calling your Dad and telling him you love him, that you don’t talk about your feelings enough. And, now you are running your mouth on the internet like a complete fool. Trust me only complete fools do that.

Good luck. Dust off that leotard that defines your manliness and get those abs! But I must warn you guys will still look at you as inferior.

I’m gonna assume that was an exaggeration to make a point, cuz if it wasn’t you obviously know very little about the business world, much less accounting and finance.

I’m still trying wrap my head around a 150lb trainer who can’t figure out basic nutrition saying 5’11" 185lbs 12% BF is fat?

CUT THE CARBS UP THE FAT

I don’t think it was. I’ve read the forums on this site for a couple years now, seen several threads he’s posted extensively in (the Speakman thread comes to mind), and concluded that ZeusNathan is fast becoming the biggest douchebag to ever litter the internet with his idiocy.

150 lb. personal trainer? Check.
150 lb. personal trainer giving advice on how to get big? Check.
150 lb. personal trainer knowing nothing about nutrition? Check.
150 lb. personal trainer bragging about his lifts? Check.
150 lb. personal trainer claiming personal training is far more extensive and complicated than 3 professional occupations requiring degrees? Check.

I’d call him a troll, but for the life of me it appears he thinks he’s got it figured out. Unreal.

Painful.

Take a business class or two.

wow… I work two jobs. My reading/posting happens for 15 minutes during lunch break at my one job. I still have time to train, eat properly and have a social life. Maybe you should be doing some research on time management.

You keep on bringing up Dave Tate’s article… Well read the one today. We all have the same 24 hours to spend every day. Figure out what you want and just fucking do what needs to be done to achieve that goal. How much time are you wasting spending arguing with people on here that you could be spending doing something productive?

I already laid out a whole plan for you that would work and you just brushed it off and kept on arguing with people.

I prep all my meals for the next day(two if I’ll be really busy) in 30 minutes tops. Get a george foreman grill and char up some leanish animal flesh, steam some vegetables, cook some rice or potatoes and portion out some supplements.

Put 3-4 tupperware containers with your meat vegetables and complex carbs if you want them in a cooler. If it was up to me it would be protein+veggies+optional healthy fat source but do as you wish.

Put 2-3 shaker bottles with the dry ingredients for protein shakes in the cooler. Put some ice/freeze packs in there or store it in a fridge. Every 2.5-3 hours pull one of the items out and either eat it cold or microwave it(don’t microwave the protein shakes lol).

Do cardio for 30-40 minutes on off days from weights, do 20 minutes after sessions except for intensive leg days. Low intensity, watch some TV or listen to an mp3 player.

After a month of this evaluate your fat loss, if it’s good keep everything the same. If it’s not subtract a little food or up the cardio a bit. Repeat till you are lean. It’s not complicated so don’t make it. Pick a diet philosophy whether it’s Palumbo’s Keto diet, Berardi’s more balanced PN style diets, Carb cycling, whatever and let it run it’s course with tweaks to meet your needs along the way.

That is it.
