Have a hunt down for Nutrition for Newbies parts 1 and 2 by CT. That and read some of beradis articles.

Height?
Current Weight?
Training Goals? (don’t say “i want a 6-pack”)

Why are you a trainer!?!?!?!?!?! Did you have to know ANYTHING about nutrition?

If your body “reacts very well” to carbs why aren’t you eating any. Make sure that’s a whole wheat Subway roll and add some oatmeal to your breakfast. I would also change your pre-WO drink into a Pre/Peri/Post WO drink and add Surge or other simple sugars. Sip half before/during, then slam down the rest right after you finish.

EXACTLY what I was thinking. Hilarious.

I just farted.

this could go badly in so many different ways.

stopped reading at “155 lbs”

You need more of everything.

You are not ready at 155 pounds unless you are a female.

Try gaining some muscle first please.

5’6
155lbs of pure lard
going more for lean

my lifts

deadlift 415lbs
squats 315lbs
bench 285lbs

ive obtained the strength that ive wanted. im not plannin on going into a powerlifting competition, nor do i aspire to be a bodybuilder. and to get swole and all the other obnoxious low lifes, a personal trainer isn’t required to be a certified nutritionist, as is a doctor, nor are we required to give nutritional advice. NYSC in the east coast actually tells the trainers NOT to give any advice on food intake.

shit, Dave Tate trained hundreds of meat heads, he dont know shit about healthy eating.

and to get swole, you should really read Dave Tate’s new article.

im sure one of these nights ill be having korean food… probably many of the nights. if u dont know, korean food is mostly raw veggies with rice. dont worry though, ill throw some meat in there.

Its the hardest thing to adhere to? It should be the most important thing to adhere to. So you better start adhereing to it.

A. I read Tate’s article.

B. Don’t you dare compare yourself to Dave Tate.

C. He trained people for powerlifting, I.E. max strength which generally = max food intake.

Your “trainer” self on the other hand is supposed to be getting people healthy and in shape…I mean that is why your “clients” come to you correct?

if you can do 415 DL and 315 squat at 5’8" 155 pounds BW then you should have a ripped 6 pack already.

O.P is full of shit.

What are your maintenance calorie requirements?

This is why I will not help. Why help someone who insults me.

Only people who charge money to give people advice on things they know dick about are lowlifes.
