Nice width, especially since this is less than 2 months from your last thread. Nice progress.

I didnt know that cycleing put on so much muscle so fast.
We are talkin about bikes right?
I don’t know much about this stuff, but I can’t help but think this guy still had a lot of potential muscle mass gains to make without the cycling so soon…yes bikes…

I don’t see any harm in people trying to reach their maximum potential faster, as long as they do it correctly.

hmm it looks like you work bi’s more then any other body part
Your biceps do overshadow everything else. You really need to bring up your shoulders, chest, and triceps. Your back has some muscle showing in the lower and middle area, but your lats aren’t really that wide and again or overshadowed from the front. I would recommend heavy rows, weighted wide grip chins, incline bench, and close grip bench for triceps.
Good luck,
D
i was forty four years young when these pics were taken…

Ha ha ha…you still got it. Nice gains. The seperation of the biceps heads are lookin’ good. If you’re going to have a picture of yourself for your avatar, you might as well update it…you earned it.
I’m not impressed. If you are using “gear” as you said in your previous thread than I am not impressed.
Bas Rutten once said, “You can buy muscles but you can’t buy Cahones.”

i disagree with you and Bas Rutten. You cannot buy muscle. you can buy gear, but without extensive work in the gym and a correlating diet you cannot achieve muscle mass. So as unimpressed as you are with my physique, i am equally unimpressed with you reasoning. good day.

I’m not unimpressed with your physique. You are a bit bigger than me and I assume stronger But… I lay it on the line every time I go to the gym. I have to use proper nutrition and rely on my body’s natural testosterone. You my friend break federal law when you use “gear” and also make gains faster with less work than natural guys. In my eyes you don’t deserve what you’ve gained, period.
