Well you could always rely on Edmonton transit. Bascially the 4, the 8, or the 9 will take you everywhere you need to go.
I am taking the 4 to the meet, ha.
ALSO, YES, our zoo F***ING SUCKS@!!! That really pisses me off, BUT red deer doesn’t even have a zoo, does it? Red deer seems really boring. What do you do in red deer?

I’m liking the progress, man. Good stuff in here. How old are you? Height? Weight?

Thanks.
I’m 33yrs, 5’10 probably around 220 right now maybe a bit heavier. I have definitely put on some weight in the last year not all of it good but what ever, my numbers are going up so i’m content with that.
Press:
95x5
100x5
120x5
135x5 Finally a solid set of presses with big boy plates. This felt good today.
Deadlifts:
135x5
225x5
315x2
355x1
405x5
Cut back on the volume of the deadlifts today. I was hurt last week after DL’s and I figure the last heavy set is the important one so I cut down on the ramp’d up sets and focused on the last set. Seems to worked out good and I killed the 405’s. I’m interested to see how I feel tomorrow.
Training felt good today but I was a bit rushed in between sets so I could finish early. Squats definitely starting to get heavy for me, I think with more rest between sets I should be able to progress for a few more weeks with out a re-set.
Got my new Quest Knee sleeves in the mail yesterday so today was first day trying them out. Definitely liked the sleeves, knees felt nice and warm and felt like they had a little extra support. Could just be in my mind but I felt like I had a little extra pop out of the hole using them. My set of 395 x5 felt much easier than the 395x3 I did a few days ago.
Squat:
135x5
200x5
245x5
295x5
345x5
395x5
The 395 is a huge 5 rep PR for me. Looking forward to repping out 4 plates a side in the next 2 weeks! Never thought I would say that 8 months ago.
