Alright since yesterday I started to count my veggies on my macros. My daily macros of yesterday was:
1550 calories
158 g protein
49 g fat
118 g carbs (only ate one apple, one banana and 100 g of adzuki bean)
I guess I was to damn high in protein but I read it’s help to full your stomach.

I’m gonna add one more session on my routine. I’ll try one series of 15 reps by exercie instead of my 3 series with 6 to 10 reps.
For walking during the week I did between lunch time at work. I just need bike session during the week end
No problem. Protein can keep you feeling fuller but, fat usually does it better.
If you have issues with feeling hungry during that day you can try eating most (does not have to be all) of your carbs in the evening. Eat higher fat in the morning. In many people this stops any type of cravings. This is what I personally do as well as many of the people I have trained. If I eat things like bread (I love bread) in the morning I start craving carbs really bad. There has been research that eating carbs at night helps with relaxation, sleep.
How do you set up you cardio? Are they planned sessions or do you just walk whenever?
I started intermittent fasting since 3 months now, starting to fasting for 14 hours and now i’m at 20 hours.
I actually take only one meal per day it’s help me a lot to stay on my macros and i’m get used to it now ! I’m feel more focused at work and i’m not thinking about food even if my coworker eat junk food almost everyday ! Soo I can eat my 1500 calories and feel full when I came back at home or after my workout session.
Since I don’t eat for lunch time I take my break at work for go outside and walk i’m try to focused on 3 to 4 miles per day. And i’m going to the store the saturday evening with my bicycle 3/4 miles too
Depending of my mood and the weather haha today I walk 3 miles and I went outside with a friend using bicycle for 1 hour
Quick update still at the same weight except last saturday I only ate a banane for 24 hours (because I wasn’t hungry during the all day on motorcycle trip)
Since Sunday i’ll started bicycle 3 miles
Yestarday I went to the shop with my bicycle 7.5 miles and my full body routine
Today I walked 3 miles and use my bicycle for 3 miles too
I guess I will started a schedule like:
Monday: Full body routine
Tuesday: 3 miles walking and 3 miles using my bicycle
Wednesday: Rest day except for walking
Thuesday: Full body
Friday: 3 miles walking and 3 miles using my bicycle
Saturday and sunday: bicycle 6 miles minimum
Hopping it will help to improve my weight loss.
I was also thinking to started a “vegetarian” diet for 5 days or 1 week or maybe more.
I saw it’s help too lose weight faster and when it’s done come back with meat
