Interestingā¦ he tended to use 2-3 sets for most body parts and had one training day of doing whatever he wanted to. A shame he never wrote a book.

He did. It was called āIntensity for Immensity.ā
or in this interview, he said he did 3 way split, 5-7 sets per muscle
