Thanks Jack. I had an odd Christmas due to me being ill. We had a Christmas Eve party and I made a turkey. I had to wear medical gloves and a bandana covering my face for all food prep. I was the turkey cooking bandito. Nice lifting with those deads.

1’s day, Bench, TM 255

Bench: 45 x20, 135 x5, 155 x5, 175 x5, 195 x5, 215 x3, 240 x4.

Notes: I weighed in at 228 Monday and started a cut. That’s as fat as I’ve been in a while. I dropped some water in the last two days and am down to 221 today. I’d like to get down to 200 or so by mid March. We’ll see how it goes. January and February are miserable, dark unholy months in WA anyway, so I might as well get after the fat loss.

For some reason by the time I got to the gym my shoulder was fucked and my neck hurt and it hurt to push, pull or lift anything. So I did the minimum possible and left. I am hoping its just a weird little tweak.

Happy new year and hope no injuries are looming.

Its pretty dark on this side of the state too. I hit an all time fatness myself a couple weeks ago . Thus far, I’ve taken six pounds off.

Crippler, here’s to suffering though miserable times. At least the Hawks’ are rolling!

Notes: I’m in piss-poor shape. The stairs almost killed me. I’m going to switch things up but haven’t decided how exactly. It is going to involve some met-con regardless.

Trying to avoid running stairs at all costs. Hey doing those front squats must have your quads hurting or growing especially after doing the stairs the other day.

Post-game time BW: 150 pounds. I lost 67 pounds chewing my own limbs off. Jesus, what a game.

That’s some awesome weight loss. Too bad skiing will be a little more difficult now without the limbs. I wanted the Packers and Indi to win so I am very disappointed and may not even watch the SB now. I can’t stand watch New England(hate them) and Seattle is nothing to me as well. I only hope Seattle wins but whatever. That’s some good lifting sans your recent losses, cudos.
