Notes: I have been feeling fat lately so I checked the scale and sure enough, I’m fat. So I guess its time to tap the brakes before things get ugly. I’m 225 right now and I am going to take steps to decrease that number before Thanksgiving so things don’t get out of hand.

Lucky for me my aunt who hosts Thanksgiving is a health nut so I will overdo it eating her high fiber baked goods and eat a ton of turkey so I won’t gain any weight. Hopefully no one will make any great chocolate desserts. It’s a difficult time to watch the weight gain. Do you have plans to do a competition next year?

GV, no plans for a competition, work has been crushing me. I’m just trying to keep in shape at the moment and at least tread water. That said, I actually got back on a diving board for the first time in probably 15-20 years with the boy this weekend and really had a ball, although I’m sore today. I may look into finding a masters diving program if I can eek out some time.

Yes. High school and part of college. Then I signed on with a professional high diving outfit and lost my NCAA amateur status. Its been a long, long time since, however.
