Notes: I hate every bar in my place for dead lifting. Even with this little work my hands were fried.

I have the same problem at my gym. The bars are terrible. We also cannot use chalk, which is another issue.

Gym I’m at has one less then shit bar and octagon plates. I can empathisize

I just cannot understand the no chalk rule. So stupid. It’s not as though it can’t be easily wiped/mopped up.
