Happy belated birthday!

Happy Birthday young man.

I ate pancakes for you Yesterday.

How are liking the EMOM’s?

I really think theses are the best style of assistance exercises to do for getting stronger.

Thanks for the well wishes, folks!

Rick: I like EMOM’s. A lot. I’m still playing with percentages for upper and lower because I think they need different percentages. Also, I really feel like I need to be careful on lower days with a tweaky back because the later sets tend to get sloppy. But I’m keeping them in the rotation for sure,

Notes: 70 degrees today and great weather. I free skied for conditioning and then chopped and stacked wood for about two hours. We had a few trees downed recently. Man, oh, man, I am wiped out. It’s been a while since I chopped and stacked wood, I need to do that more often.

Sorry I missed it but happy birthday and that must have been good work chopping and stacking the wood.

Thanks GV!

Thanks OG!

Nice work

Great Wolf Lodge is a zoo. You’re right. It is overrated, and too expensive. The kids love it though.
