Notes: I had a big carb-up last night and it was wonderful. I have a huge project due next week, but its looking more under control after a bunch of long hours. I’ll probably go to my boy’s snow ski lessons today and maybe do some snowboarding myself. Morning BW 208 after the carb up; that will creep back down in the next few days.

I love how after a carb up the body seems to rejuvenate and you lose the any weight gained so quickly.

Nice work. You have to love all the snow we are getting. I, however, am ready for warm weather. I had planned on some golf today, but it’s too cold.

February weather was crazy over here, and like you I was busy at work with several projects. Today it’s going to be 60, and I have nothing to do. Life is good.

10 reps with 275 at 205 pds is pretty good work considering you actually squat low.
