Just wondering…how does body absorb raw food like meat,eggs etc. I am not willing to eat raw meat just yet but mix made of milk,eggs and honey(mainly for taste) could be not-bad-for-student meal replacement.Please,disregard salmonela and cholesterol if you decide to reply.
Theoretically, raw meat would have a higher biological
value (BV), as it is well known that heating protein
reduces its quality. Also overcooking meat is what can
make it unhealthy because overcooking it can cause
carcingens to be created.
