Well Count I see you have been busy! Hahahahaha I have been slacking on my posting but heres my BENCH/DEADLIFT workout from last Thursday

BENCH: warmup 95x5 115x2 125x2 135x2 140x2 145x2 150x2 <----FUCK. YEAH. FUCK YEAH!! I am so pumped about this!!!)

DEADLIFT: 135x10 185x8 3sets 225x6 <—I was still feeling pretty torn up from the leg workout(don’t get me started about how pissed off I am about THAT.) so I took this super easy especially because my back had been a little iffy :confused:

Then that was all. I really wanted to save my energy for my squat workout that happened Sunday…

First of all I want to that MeirTexas (screen name) for coming out to watch me train!!! It was so awesome getting to meet a fellow TNation member in person! He got to see me squat and some huge crazy dudes from Bad Attitude Gym squat and bench press! Thank you again!!!

SQUAT DAY:

Squats: 135x10 185x8 225x6 255x2 275x2 285x2 265x2 265x2
Oh yeah…should I mention NO BELT? The one I typically use at the gym was borrowed and not returned in time for my workout. I contemplated throwing a huge BF but then I decided to just adapt and overcome. I was worried about how my back would feel so I didnt push it, and now I have decided that 285 is my opening squat for my meet. I figure if I can do it with no belt I can do it to open :slight_smile:

Good Mornings: 45x10 75x10 85x8 95x6 105x4 <—these were a fan favorite :wink:

Walking Barbell Lunges: 50x8 70x8 90x8 110x8

High Step Ups (right Meir? lol) BWx10 kettlebells 10lbsx10 15x10 20x10

The end!! This was actually a very successful workout given the fact that I didnt have a belt. It showed me where my strength was completely raw, which is cool with me :slight_smile: I should have no problem opening at 285.

Yo…I gotta say that the pleasure was all mine…in every sense of the word…LOL…you are a fcking crazyy gurl!!! Wanna add that…I haven’t seen anyone doing squats with such impeccable A2G form…! Yeah…I had the honor…hmmmm & pleasure…of just watch her grind one set after another…:slight_smile:

WTF!!! Not sure who in their right frame of mind calls it Step Ups…especially when the knee is going over the fcking sternum!!! I can’t call those step ups mannn…that’s insane high…

Just watching and spotting…I can say that the no belt workout was a good confidence booster…now u know u can easily open @ 285 raw…and I might add that…with the energy u had left in the tank…u can go up another 50 to 75lbs with the belt…:slight_smile:

Hey everyone!!! Holy crap I have had the craziest last few days/week :confused: My training has been super random and sporadic but I am in the final days til Nationals and am getting super pumped/nervous!!! I have decided that my opening squat will be 285 (I hit it for an easy single sat morning, with a belt this time and no spotter) and my opening bench will be 135. Which I hit yesterday for an easy single. My deadlift will be open for interpretation depending on how I feel and how warmups go…

I am no longer being coached. It did not workout well…he seemed to think that completely burning me out only a few weeks before my meet was a good idea…I am back to coaching myself. Seems to work so far. I am going to be looking into options for after this meet but I will be much MUCH pickier…He seemed to forget that I am a natural lifter and a female and as much as I would love to think otherwise my recovery is not the same as an “enhanced” male…close tho :wink:
