Lol I am loving LOVING morning cardio now! And you KNEW i would!swoon Nicki is helping me get skinny… And girl you have to try the pullup/pushup combo! I have done it neutral grip and over hand (closer grip where ever my hands land) the most I have ever done is 5 in a row, they will WEAR YOU OUT!!! lol…Thanks for checkin in sugar!

I would like to “publicly” apologize for my lack of forum participation…I have been lurking when I can I have just been so FREAKISHLY BUSY!! I miss you guys :frowning: My late night postings have stopped because “someone” (Nicki this is you…) got me to love doing morning cardio and I am in bed passed the hell out by 11pm. Anywho, just wanted to let you all know…

Lunges: (like an idiot i decided to powerclean and then pushpress the weight to get it over my head in order to lunge. olympic weights were used…)
65x8 95x6 115x6 125x6
Another thing to keep in mind is i have NO FREAKIN IDEA how to powerclean so i just mimicked what i have seen others do… :wink: That 125 wore me the hell out. Once I pwr cleaned it I was like “No motherf-ing way.” I havent pushpressed more than 85lbs in the last 2months. Awesome. But the whole f-ing gym was looking at me so I couldnt just give up. I was so pumped when I got it! :wink:

Good Mornings: 45x8 75x8 85x8 95x8

This whole workout was actually recorded so hopefully I can post something soon to show you guys :slight_smile:

You’re crushing weights that I don’t see most of the guys at my college gym doing and looking good while doing it.

I’m also jealous of the new lulu outfit. As much as I enjoy hating on their ridiculous prices on stuff that will just get covered in dirt, sweat, and chalk, the stuff fits really really well.

I know the price is tough to overcome but it was worth it for my video…and now they will last me forev!! <3 i invest in really good fitting shorts and cool sports bras if they are SUPER awesome but i just wear tshirts and tank tops that are super cheap…

Yesterdays BENCH Workout (MUCH better than last week!)

Bench Press: 45x10 95x3 115x3 135x1 155x1 155x1 155x1

Jumping Pullups/Pushups (reverse grip) 4 sets of 6

Overhead Squats: 45x10 65x5 75x5 95x5 95x5 95x5

KB Swings (full ROM) 30lbs 4 sets of 15

DB Shoulder Press: 20x10 25x8 30x6 35x4

Then 30 min on the stairs :slight_smile:

Thanks gorgeous i try :wink: The cool thing is the last 2 wrkouts are recorded and so will the next few so I get to show off a lil ;)- One of my shoots is tomorrow morning so I am excited!!! I FINALLY have some time to write on here…jeeez…I also deadlift tomorrow but that wont be til later after I rehydrate and eat :wink:

Wow are you going to be disappointed ink…My photo shoot went AWESOME but it took so much longer than I thought it would&I was exhausted as hell :frowning: so I had to push my deadlift workout back. These shoots are really messing up my training so I am not going to do any more until Nationals is over in August. Anyways…I should have a workoot to post tomorrow :slight_smile:
