Raw Eggs vs. Cooked

I’ve been only a short time reader, this is my first post.

To Ben: 1 in 20000 chance of getting sick. Out of 1.4 million cases 500 die. I’m really scared now.

How many people die by saying “Come over here and fight me”? Remember, however big and tough you are there is always some one bigger. You set a GREAT example for you son. I can’t wait to see your retarded reply.

I’ve had salmonella poisoning before. And it is NOT fun! Although I did manage to lose 18 pounds in 5 days. Too bad a lot of it was muscle.

If eating eggs raw, I would highly recommend opting for the pasteurized version.

My reply; blah, blah, blag,blah…

I’ve gotten food poison twice, when I ate out for lunch. I must of lost like 10lbs. The meat had a funny taste to it, but I thought it was the seasonings. I do however eat raw egg about once or twice a week. Only if it’s organic or from free roaming chicken. Haven’t gotten sick from it yet.

There is a a pretty inclining following of raw & paleo dieters. Google it
