06.06.2025 (6am morning session)

More leg entanglement fun. Single leg X into sweep to ankle lock, and working on more technique, then worked countering it, grabbing the foot and stepping out and back etc.
-Initial roll with L, he had my number easily, a few taps but almost found a few openings… then a solid roll with N again. Got him in a RNC just as he was getting his hips out… bah! Missed the sub on him but generally had either mount, side control or back the whole round on him.
-always good to have you drop in @TM79 - thinking my gym sessions need to evolve to a more solid plan, likely 531 2x lifts per session with 2x sessions per week. Given BJJ and recovery requirements of late.

Got in another session today. Similar theme of leg entanglement, but today was outside ashi then into a sweep when opponent is driving down into you. Struggled to get the hang of it, but some good rolls after.
-a few taps vs more advanced guys, held my own vs M for a nil all draw.
-elbow sore as now though after resisting kimura’s etc…

11.06.2025 (6am morning session)

-Just young lanky P and I today so worked counter and entry from closed guard
-Then a few rolls, decimated him early in both rolls (arm triangle, then RNC), then let him play around in side control, worked well as a sort of deload roll.
-4.5hr drive done, now onsite to inspect solar farm progress.

-pure technique session this morning. Refining mount escapes, side control escapes. Gotta crunch more and get those abs working more.
-just N and I today, and we were both happy to work just technique, so deload week worked well re no rolls. Good session, after long drive home last night from site (4.5hr drive).
-resting HR60 - creeping up again though @hel320 it’s the impossible balance of late, wanting to do more but keen to keep this down!

18.06.2025 (6am morning session)

-H requested outside ashi ankle locks so we worked on that this morning.
-just H and I so 2x rolls, he’s bringing 30kg extra size on me. Held on deep into both rounds before tapping to americana, kimura. Got in some nice counters to side control earlier though. Outside elbow mount escapes too.
-conditioning isn’t great so he gassed me early with sheer weight squishing me during those rolls. Positive session regardless.
