Rattlehead's Virgin Contest Prep Thread

It has been 34 weeks since the start and the fucking comp still isn’t closed for another week, by my face you can see I’m ecstatic.

In general news i’m eeking my way up to 166lbs, upped the cardio this week because I have been lazy with it.

Been doing 2 HIT days and as much 30 min sessions of steady state I honestly feel I can do without messing with my workouts.

Will probably start a workout log at the start of my next 5/3/1 cycle.

Diet right now is;

2pm - Two Cans of Tuna, Rocket, Balsamic Vinegar and 4 & 1/2 dessert spoons of Olive Oil.
PreWorkout- 1 scoop of Maltrodextrin, 2 scoops of Whey, 3 Fish Oils and 3 Evening primrose oil.
PostWorkout - 1 scoop of Maltrodextrin and 2 scoops of Whey.
8-10pm - 260g steamed Chicken, 10 teaspoons of peanut butter.

Cheat meals have been simmered down, instead of having a day of filling my face I have one cheat meal and some snacks.

So I ended up creating a log, will update all pics and training there.

Will keep this thread for any updates for the comp as well as the 6 days to shredded experiment.
