I have some sort of additional news to go along with the Men’s Health comp.
Doing an underwear model comp also with a similar process to the Men’s Health one. Submit pictures, top 10 are chosen to go down and film for the TV show and the one deemed best gets £2000 and a 2 year contract.
Decided to enter it for the sake of entering it, it closes on the 5th of July also and you find out the week after that.

I am swaying on a decision to log or not right now, if I get somewhere with either comp I definitely will just to show that those who want to have more of a fitness model build dont need to do bullshit Greg Plitt workouts, don’t skip leg days and actually wanna be strong as fuck!

See what’s weird is I started my cut at 2000 yet I felt waaaay worse those first 10 weeks of 2000kcal compared to point where I weighed 158lbs and was eating nothing but the Get Shredded Diet.

I’m not super familiar with the Get Shredded Diet, but isn’t it based on “clean” foods moreso than just hitting specific macros? I definitely feel better overall when the majority of my macros come from clean foods with some treats mixed in

I don’t understand what you mean?
Get shredded diet macros were 55%-60% fats, 10-15% carbs and 30-35% protein. Calories are 10 x bodyweight.
