Just wanted to see what you think of my workout split that I have been doing for a while, and if you think I should give a little more time to rest. Day 1-Push
Day 2-Pull
Day 3-Legs/Abs
Day 4-Rest
Repeat
An other option is: chest/back, legs/abs, shoulders/arms, rest.
This way arms are worked twice with a rest day in between(from the compounds push/pull)plus you might add some abs at home to work them twice in 4 days.

How are your results? What are you goals?
I give it a 4529 out of 7615. But you probably don’t need to superset your bench press with dumbbell flyes. I do like the rest-pause sets on your box squats though.
