Hi everyone. Here is a video of me doing some poses for a physique competition. I have thought of maybe doing a bodybuilding show, lightweight of course, because I do find it more fun. I’m still debating. Let me know what you think.
Training consist of the big three : squats, deadlifts, bench. I will add the basic bodybuilding exercises around them.
My diet right now is a modified version of Lyle Mcdonald’s Ultimate Diet 2.0 I wanted to give it a try.
