Critique My Physique

Alright guys, I’m not sure about entering a competition or not yet (physique) I’m just looking to see what people think, I know I have some weak points and I don’t want to embarrass myself. I’m fully natural always try to stay fairly leanish even on a bulk and these photos are me currently two weeks into a cut.I’ll try to keep this updated. I’m not sure how to embed pictures on here
Also I should say I’ve been training for powerlifting on my bulk and have no idea about posing.

I’m not an expert in the area, but thought I’d give my two cents anyways.

Looks as though your strengths (density, v-shape, definition and conditioning) would be well-suited to a physique competition. I can’t tell from the picture how your wheels really look, but they’ll likely be masked by board shorts anyways, right? I’d say give it a shot.

I would agree with the above poster. Everything looks about in order to try for a physique show. Thighs are an obvious weak point but who cares, you wear shorts and your calves aren’t tiny. I don’t know about much about the poses for physique, but it would be wise to start practicing early and get real comfortable.

thanks for the replies guys. Bare in mind I’m not tensing any of my legs I’ll post up some proper leg shots at some point. Are there many guys who compete in physique on this site?

Check the bodybuilding forum.

Your upper body looks solid. You could definitely use a lot of work in the leg department.

Dunno I don’t think my legs are too bad, calves when tensed are really well defined but hamstrings need work, it was mainly my upper I was worried about

Decided not to compete in the end but here’s where I got to. Hopefully I’ll grow some balls and compete next year. For now I’m focusing on powerlifting mainly but that’s what I did last year too and it didn’t do me much harm.
