Great work! I’m 61 with nowhere near your results at any time in my life - I’ve never been as consistent as you are. At some point in the future you’ll have to focus on not getting hurt. Recovery takes longer and longer and your progress turns into regress. But here’s the good news: last week I squatted with a pair of 45 pound plates on the bar and I was as thrilled as when I broke the 100kg barrier 25 years ago.
All of us on this forum have an advantage most others don’t - for us, the thought of working out will always be a happy one no matter how old we are or how long we laid off. Thanks for your post.
