it is a old bull worker used for isometric contractions

Impressive!
Like said Dedicated said, I too hope to look like you at 51. And your father is a real T-man :)!

Ah the Bull worker my first workout tool. My dad had one at the house when I was like 13.

Looking in great shape.

Solid physique Sir.

Hey!

Your pictures are beyond impressive!

I really hope to look like you once I reach that age!

Please keep up good work man! You are the living proof that you can look fantastic at any age man!

Nice greetings from Austria!

Arthur

Great work! I’m 61 with nowhere near your results at any time in my life - I’ve never been as consistent as you are. At some point in the future you’ll have to focus on not getting hurt. Recovery takes longer and longer and your progress turns into regress. But here’s the good news: last week I squatted with a pair of 45 pound plates on the bar and I was as thrilled as when I broke the 100kg barrier 25 years ago.

All of us on this forum have an advantage most others don’t - for us, the thought of working out will always be a happy one no matter how old we are or how long we laid off. Thanks for your post.

i would like to thank every one that comented on my physique. you will push me to go on to make more progress thank you. us old guys need complements too. good luck and longivety to all on T-Nation. this is us and this is what we do. and remember life is movement

Physique looks pretty good.

I’ll rate you when you post a pics of your legs and back.
