These were taken a few months ago.
At the time, 19 yrs. old.
nice definition, and pretty good size. I’m sure with more work you’ll be really excellent in a few years.
Paul
You look like you are doing well especially for someone so young - how long you been training?
I like to see your legs are not shabby too
keep up the good work
Also what are your goals etc?? (looks like competition is your goal)
i am 20 and definitely not at your level yet. when the hell did you start lifting weights if you just got 19 looking like that?!
No way you’re 19. The guy in that photo is mid to late 20’s easy, maybe older. Why post a fake picture? And as your first post here?
He posted this as a joke. I laughed. The trophies and clearly professional photography were the foremost clues. And of course 19 year olds don’t look like that. My best friend is 19 and he’s a chubby fuck.
I appreciate the comments from the individuals who have a degree of decency and can evaluate one’s physique without having to mock or disrespect the poster.
Right now I am 20 years old, I recently competed in the NEPA Nationals Natural competition where I took first in the men's and teens divisions. But I do not plan on making a career out of bodybuilding, I have aspirations to be a financial consultant or risk manager, and bodybuilding is a way for me to be rewarded for my training and dieting.
Obviously the pictures were taken by a professional photographer, it was backstage at the competition. Maybe you should have PMed me if you didn’t like the post before looking like a fool in saying that they are fake. I no way would I ever consider faking a picture or trophies, that takes away any of the true glory and internal satisfaction from achieving one’s goals.
I follow a strict diet year round and constantly change my workouts to achieve maximal growth. I have been training for about 3 years and I don’t understand why you call these photos fake, I train hard and have the trophies to prove it.
BTW, not only did I win the competition, I also made the Dean’s list at my college. If any of you who feel these are fake I can post my workout, my diet is basically the t-dawg diet.
Just because your friend is a chubby fuck and 19 doesn’t mean other have to be fat. I was one a FFB, but I made the commitment to change, and I feel I succeeded. If u think my pictures are a joke you can come to Muhlenberg College anytime you want and train with me.
It just angers me that someone would think that this is a joke (could this be jealousy). Whatever the case is, I know what I look like and so all of those that I have competed against.

Here, is the website for the contest results, now you have proof.

The picture was of the back of some guy’s head. Do you not find it hard to believe that is the picture of a 19-year-old, especially considering the typical 19-year-old on this site? If that really is you then good for you. I don’t take away from the hard work that guy obviously has put in.
None of which would really make a difference.
How did someone who built that kind of muscle by the age of 19 ever have time to be an FFB? Are you sure you just didn’t lose your baby fat? I’m not criticizing again, just asking.
Why is your ego so high you assume all criticism is jealousy?
Crazy, simply crazy, guys get flamed if they post with no muscle and get flamed and called trolls, frauds, and fakes, if they post a pic and have muscle.
OP, good job!

I was a FFB when I was 14-15, I started wresting and lost the weight. The training associated with wrestling is what really what brought about my interest in weightlifting. I eventually quit wrestling because I had the desire to get bigger, and train for hypertrophy rather than stay one size forever.
I also have to say that your point is well justified, there are many people who would probably try to pass off their pics as someone else’s by pasting their face on a body. However, I would never consider doing that. All that shows is jealousy, immaturity and poor self confidence, since they feel that their own efforts are not worth showing.
I respect anyone who makes the effort to improve their life, whether it be in bodybuilding or for their career, and when that respect is not reciprocated, I take it as a personal attack. I apologize for the anger, but now at least you know where it is coming from.

Good job man, who cares about the posts about no way you can be 19 with those gains. What’s your current goals comin up? Got any numbers to share? How does your weight fluctuate in off-season etc. Have a good one.
Thanks for the advice, I am new to these boards and I really shouldn’t take posts to heart. Anyway, right now I have not yet decided on the competitions I am going to compete in I plan on competing in mid August, which should give me a few more weeks to work on weak points before I begin to diet. I never let my body fat exceed 6.5% and currently I am at 6% + or - .2% and weigh 133. My height is only 5’3".
Those pictures were when I weighed 118 at 3.8%-4.0%, so looking at the numbers, my lean body weight went up over 10 pounds, from 113.5 lbs. to 124 lbs. since then. I know that my tragic flaw is fear of gaining too much weight in the “off-season.” I fear that I will look like I did in my mid teens (sloppy, soft and physically unhealthy)if I gain too much weight.
I am also very carb sensitive and can maintain high energy levels with keeping card at about 70 g/day, consuming all starchy carbs before 2:00 PM and/or PWO. Currently, I feel my weakest body parts are my shoulders and traps, but I have been working them pretty intensely over the last couple of months and they seem to be balancing out with the rest of my body.
My diet ratios are 25%-30% carbs, 25%-30% fats, and 40% to 50% protein. My calories right now are between 2450-2500 on workout days and 2050-2100 on non-workout days. I am supplementing with Glutamine, CEE, and Pure AAKG powder. I use isolate after my workouts and a casein/concentrate/isolate blend in shakes throughout the day. Any nutrition and/or training advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the honest reviews.
great job man, im impressed that your 133lbs i average around 142lbs at this point and am interested in gaining to move up. im having trouble comparing my physique to yours. Its rare to find somebuddy at our weight so cut, so im interested in seeing more pictures.
Put more up and you can also check my pics from a few months ago and see my stats and progress at Myspace or msg me. preferable on the myspace
Nice, good to see other guys at your weight with good physiques, actually a buddy of mine is 135 and is muscular like you. Good shit bud. Don’t worry about trolls, they can be found everywhere on the internet.
Here is another photo. I can’t find any front biceps shots, lat spreads or straight Ab shots. Lord Infamous, I don’t have a myspace profile, and can’t view your profile if I am not tagged as a myspace friend, but I would still like to check out your progress. We can compare “notes” and find ways to increase our gains and achieve the best possible physiques.

Yeah while twinky ab boys are scoring higher. INSANE!
There should be separate judging criterion for those who want to be bodybuilders and those want to model. Comparing the two is like apples and oranges, “ab boys” should be judged on how skinny and defined they are while bodybuilders should be judged on size, symmetry, leanness, and definition.
Also, isn’t this site “Bodybuilding’s Think-tank.” If one wants to be a model or admires that thin physique, great, but take into consideration that this is a bodybuilding site and people should be making critiques using bodybuilding standards.
You are doing a great job and on the right track.
Your early teen fatness and then, wrestling, all makes sense. I’d imagine you ain’t shy of food, something a lot of people don’t get. You probably have well above average genetics for it all, too.
I’d give anything to be 19 again with all my knowledge (and wisdom) - everything that is, except the life I have (not to mention my wife and family).
There was no T-Nation back then. … it is great to see someone young looking at the site and actually using the knowledge here and following the diets etc… and making progress.
