What kind of cycle?
not bad Post cycle I am sure they will look thicker, a big thick meaty back will always impress. have you done a cycle previously?
Well, it looks like you put in your time training, but some people, including me, would probably say that hard training and good nutrition could take you a lot farther before you have to think about steroids because you maxed out your potential.

keep in mind i have an above natural strength level and tiny oints im not a mass builder
my joints are miniscule= wrists 6"/ankles 7" and 8.5"elbows i also have a 29" waist

What are your raw lifts? Equiped lifts to if you have them.
i have benched 115 for 3
i regularly deadlift 200kg for reps
squats 220kg for5
max lifts=squat 240kg/deadlift 254kg
i dont do max benches as im not a benching fan
inc dbl pressed 45kgx6
seated dbl press 35kgx6
smith military press 80kgx6
1 arm dbl rows 60kg for 6
Looks like you made alot of progress in powerlifting, you squat a shit load for your weight. If you had been eating more you could easily weigh 20-30lbs more and the extra weght gain would probably have helped your bench.

You are taking steroids when you weigh 165? How about eating more? Your lifts are good, but try some higher reps and more food if you want to grow.

i do currently eat more i eat about 3000calories any more and as an endo id blow up real fat i dont do that low a reps all the time i just do those low ones for fun y’know and the tats are cool only hardcore pumpheadz would get it soz if that sounds harsh but its true same as ive got deadlift ir die on my left forearm in old english script

wow 2.9 seems a lil low your not big but your wide and toned and oviousley have a good weight to strength ratio. don’t feel bad though ppl are reserving there 10s for when ronnie coleman shows up her asking us for a rating. you should put up vids of your lifts in phyique and performance im sure you could turn some heads with the numbers you pull.

A cycle? I don’t know anything about steroids but are there different drugs that are better for hypertrophy than for strength? Your back size in comparison to your lifts doesn’t make much sense unless you’re really tall. With a strength base as high as yours if you wanted to start training for size instead of strength I’m sure you’d start to put on pounds.

I second this, hell I’m 5’8" sitting at 230 lbs without drugs. Why do you need drugs when you have alot more of natural growth to go?
Besides a cycle at 19? That doesn’t even sound right, you’re probably doing more damage than good at that age.
I really think more natural size is required before even thinking of another round with steroids, unless the cycle at 19 totally screwed your natural test levels and you can’t build anything without them.
