yeah ive noticed its widened my hips and they feel more hard and weird looking…and its not that my legs arent developing
there fine, theyve grown an inch in a month and i got these weird separation things its liek a bicep growing out of my leg idk how to describe it…anyways im just looking to see if that would be better cuz i always feel the wider one in my ass and hamstrings which i usually follow with leg press for that reason…
i did narrow ones like for 2 weeks when i started legs and decided i hated them…im going to try narrow tonight and hope i dont kill myself its pretty awkward like that or at least for me it is last time i tried it one of my legs gave out and i had to throw the bar over my head…and its hard to go parallel without falling over even without weight im not flexible lol

I wasn’t talking about your BF at all, I was just making a point about how if you gain a pound of fat and a pound of muscle your BF% increases.
Also, you said you’re from chicago, but I think you are from the homewood-flossmoor area because I’m 99% sure I’ve seen you work out at the HF Racquet Club.
You really have no idea what you are talking about. I don’t care what your credentials are because it doesn’t mean you can’t make mistakes. If you gain 1lb of fat and 1lb of muscle, your BF% increases. The exceptions to this are, if your bf% is 50% then it will remain unchanged, and if your BF% is >50% then it will decrease.

i really dont want to contribute to anything else on this site, because i cant say what will make you huge or lean or anything… my body responds to the weirdest things(i gained a solid pound and .25 inches on every bodypart from flexing for an hour one time) so what works for me will most likely not work for you or anyone else

most people grow with good form from what ive seen, i CAN give advice

I work out at cardinal now too. I was only at the racquet club over the summer because it was like 25 a month for college students. I also work at the Target on Halsted.
my reasoning is the fact that i hate punctuation and i failed english for that reason and i guess you could say i am mentally handicapped but i know what the hell im doing in this area
