Your doing fine, and you have youth on your side. Don’t fuck up your goals and waste the most productive time of your life because you might be a bit fatter than the next guy. If your getting stronger, and bigger, your doing what you need to.
Now get back to the gym slacker… Ha Ha[/quote]
If your getting bigger and stronger your doing what you need to? You would get bigger and stronger by lifting weights and eating big macs everyday but you would just be strong and fat.
One of the most important aspects of bodybuilding is fat percentage. You will almost never see a pro bodybuilder with over 20% fat in his offseason bulk. Im just saying he should clean up his diet and try to gain more muscle than fat.
AFTER you have built up sufficient muscle mass.
Worrying about your bf% before you’ve built something up is the b est way to accomplish NOTHING.
Of course if you’re gaining weight and no strength you’re doing something wrong. OP, clean up, throw out your cheezits, add cardio, dial in some supplements and keep on bulking.

*facepalm
First off, that is not what you said at all. I read your first post BEFORE you edited it.
I’m not arguing the kids diet doesn’t need touch ups, but honestly he is not a pro, i don’t think him worrying about “offseason” fat % at this point is going to help him too much when his goal is 200 lean, and he doesn’t even weight 200 fat. He has years before he has to worry about offseason, or even bodyfat % at all if he is serious.
Should he have posted his pics here yet? Probably not.
Does he carry more fat than he “should.” eh, maybe, maybe not.
Should he eat Big Mac’s? Not as a staple, but fuck it once in awhile it’s good stuff.
ive gained strength
and ive noticed the lighting makes me look fatter i took a pic in low light and you can see what i see in the mirror…which is alot better… and
i deadlifted 295 once before and i hit 430 on tuesday and i bench 230 now and i did 160 before
i think ive gotten a bit stronger…unless you dont think so then wel…whatever

You are 5’11" 160lbs. LOL
How can you possibly be giving advice to someone about bodybuilding. Givng your opinion is one thing, but telling someone how they are going to end up before it happens is stupid.
The OP is NOT A PRO BODYBUILDER!
And seriously, how much do you know about pro bodybuilders and their on/off season diets? Which Pros have you spoken with about the subject?
If someone is lifting weights and getting stronger and fatter, guess what, that person is also building muscle. Getting fatter doesn’t make you stronger; adding muscle does.
Your line of thinking is the reason why you are borderline anorexic. You should be embarassed. I hope, for your sake, that you don’t actually believe the words that come out of your mouth.
I just skimmed through this, but I really hope your not going for a ripped 200lbs. At 5’4 and ripped 200lbs you will look like like a freak. But hey, whatever your style is.
this was yesterday
i eat a good 4-5k calories a day…inever cheat like i dont eat fast food or anything or junk food or whatever…the only chips i eat are protein chips…or sunchips
basically it looks like this usually
breakfast-3 scoops of whey in 3 cups of skim milk with serving of nat peanut butter and 2 raw eggs
lunch-2 quarts of skim milk and a met-rx big 100 protein bar
a few hours later- either a bag of sunchips, protein chips, or a nat peanut butter sandwhich on wheat bread
get home from school(usually pre workout)- either 2 healthy choice meals(things are good) a sandwhich, whey or all three
post workout- 3 scoops of whey in water and a gatorade
hour later- brown rice, chicken, steak and extra lean hamburgers(no bread)
hour later- some south beach diet pizza…has 31 g of protein and 350 cals so thats why i eat it
now its about 8 or 9 o clock- so i have either whey or a protein bar and 2 percent milk
before bed- big glass of skim milk and salmon. or whatever i can dig up possibly cheese sticks
basically thats my diet comes out to be like 4k-5k…and im still always hungry

you could split your meals being
P+C or P+F to prevent insulin spikes
really? i dont really pay attention to what i eat
i just eat to get the cals and protein in
which is my problem
isnt it? i was thinking a no carb/low carb diet would do it and then on my off days have it be carb days
but then idk what would happen i heard that you can get crazy gains doing that but then i would have no energy…i might try that and see how it goes…

Comments like that are what drove away people like Brandon Curry from this site.
I’m not saying the OP is has anywhere near the potential of Curry but if he wants to be as big as possible you should be encouraging that. Not every one wants to look like a skinny little bitch
When I saw the title I thought it was just gonna be another guy who put on 5pounds in 5 months and looks the same.
I think you’ve done pretty good. You obviously store most of your fat in your front, but you still have a decent base regardless of the ‘bulk fail’ you apparently did. Not that anyone listens to live.
You got some decent back definition for all the weight you have put on.
Still a long way to go though.
And fuck the naysayers. If your goal is to be 200lb lean at 5’4 then don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
