Sunday- DL + back
Monday Bench + chest + 15-20 mins HIIT (am-pm)
Tuesday - Bis and Tris
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Shoulders and traps
Friday - HIIT
Saturday

I am currenty cutting body fat but want to have a plan for my clean bulk ready.

I am layed off now and have plenty of time to train. I made decent strength gains off of WS4SB 1 and 3 in the last few years but not much size so I want a little bit more voulme.

I won’t post every day but here is an exaple of how it would be set up.

Sunday

  1. Dead lift to a 3 RM
  2. some type of row 4x6-12
    3a. Chin 4x10
    3b. Hyper 4x10 (weighted)
  3. weighted abs 4x10-12

Monday

  1. Flat BB BP - 3RM
  2. Incline DB - 4x6
  3. Incline Fly - 4x6
  4. Dip 4x6
  5. rear delt prehab with bands 3x10-12

etc etc

It looks like you are trying to achieve too many goals in on there. It looks like the plan of someone who wants to be a power lifter/bodybuilder/GPP person.
You should probably decide what you want most and design a plan based on that.
