Tuesday - Bis and Tris
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Shoulders and traps
Friday - HIIT

I am currenty cutting body fat but want to have a plan for my clean bulk ready.
I am layed off now and have plenty of time to train. I made decent strength gains off of WS4SB 1 and 3 in the last few years but not much size so I want a little bit more voulme.
I won’t post every day but here is an exaple of how it would be set up.
Sunday
- Dead lift to a 3 RM
- some type of row 4x6-12
3a. Chin 4x10
3b. Hyper 4x10 (weighted) - weighted abs 4x10-12
Monday
- Flat BB BP - 3RM
- Incline DB - 4x6
- Incline Fly - 4x6
- Dip 4x6
- rear delt prehab with bands 3x10-12
etc etc
