Rash and Guggulsteroenes

Hey guys I recently started using a fat burner that has about 15mg of synthetic guggulsterones / serving that I was taking 2 times a day. By day three, I had (have) a pretty severe rash about the ankles, neck, upper inner forearm, and sides. I read online that “6/67 people who take guggulsterones experience a rash” but I haven’t been able to find much about it. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this kind of a reaction and what you did.

As of now I have stopped taking my product but was wondering if maybe this rash simply goes away after time or rather if its just something that will only get worse if I were to continue.

Even if you were to find 5 people (or whatever) that posted that their rash went away when they continued using guggulsterone, I would not do it.

Your immune system really is not something to jerk around, so to speak.

yeah i wasn’t really planning on it. Have any idea how long this might take to go away? its been about 30 hours since my last dose and the rash is still pretty prominent.

I really have no expertise on that: just don’t know.
