Just curious, but I’ve been looking into guggulsterones to help keep my skin in the clear. Which brand do you guys recommend? And how long can one safely take it? Should I cycle? And best place to pick it up?

Just to let you guys know, been on the syntrax brand of guggulsterones, and so far so good. Its been only two weeks on and I’ve already noticed my skin has gotten more clear. Im takin 2 tabs two times a day, at 30 mg a tab.

Yes it does, and some quite potent ones at that. Guggulsterones are great for rampin up your metabolism, lowering your cholesterol and very good at clearing up your skin. I take a syntrax brand of guggulsterone. i would take HOT-ROX, but at 8 % BF I don’t really need any of the other components in hotrx and I don’t need to lose weight. Plus, it wouldn’t be cost effective either
Guys this stuff rocks man. If you have any acne problems you gotta get your hands on some guggulsterones. Its been a month on for me and they absolutely rock. Takes a few weeks to kick in but you will notice a big difference. If your not gettin some guggul from HOT-ROX get it from a guggul supplement only. It works big time.

You think it would work if someone took say 1 or 2 HOT-ROX in the morning? I mean at the rate of 1 p/ morning it would last 144 days. Almost 5 months!

Here is the thing - I have no idea how much guggul is in HOT-ROX. I take, and have seen best results, from 180 mg of pure guggul a day. 90 in the mornin and 90 at 4pm. One would have to ask Cy exactly how much guggul is in HOT-ROX and adjust dosages from there. I’ve read that doses as low as 30mg a day are beneficial. And i do remember the old versions of MD6 had, if memory serves me correctly, 200mg, at full dosage. I would like to eventually use a lower dosage.
I would love, and eventually will, use HOT-ROX exclusively, but right now it isnt cost efficient for me. Depending on the actual guggul in the product, or if my financial means change, i may switch.
