How do you like this program? Isnt Thibs “Get Jacked… Fast” book a 12 week diet, workout, and supplement routine? Or am I mistaken? Im curious about this. thanks a lot Jo and keep it up

Yes, GJF is a 12-week training program with an accompanying diet and supplement regimen. I started doing it because I was planning out my training and noticed that the GJF diet was remarkably similar to that of RFL (except you eat more protein in GJF for good reason… more training).
(Side note: I purchased GJF last summer, which is why I had it readily available.)
On a very high level, the diet in GJF is very restrictive early on but incorporates carbs over time (primarily around the workouts). I haven’t been following the program exactly (forgoing intervals but also forgoing the extra protein and carbs), but overall, it’s pretty solid. The training program is an upper/lower split over 4 days (and sometimes 5) with common movements but complicated techniques/rep schemes (it’s CT… what else can you expect?).
As far as planning out your diet, it’s very RFLesque. You’re given an amount to eat, but you get to choose what you eat. Very simple.
The supplementation is also nice in that CT lists 3 options depending on how much money you want to spend. I’m not following any of them really since my caloric intake is pretty restricted, but it’s good food for thought (although with all this talk on nutrient timing and Anaconda and FINiBars, who knows if what he prescribes in the book is what he still thinks is ideal for fat loss).
