Not sure what most of that means, but knowing you I am going to assume you were working hard.

I am trying my best! Even if my weights are not so high, I am focusing on getting the most perfect form possible while doing an exercise.

Back at working out. I had to stop due to a critical job interview and I had to study all day. I was super nervous and literally ate nothing for 7 days; i lost 5 kgs and a lot of strenght not working out for 14 days. Now i have to start over again… it may not be my best year ever when it comes to training, but at least i got a better job.
