Solid, my son, solid.
Yeah that is a shit load of volume. What is your recovery/diet like? How many weeks do you usually keep this sort of volume up for before taking a week rest?

Looking good but I have a hard time ranking a man on a scale of 1 - 10.
Rate the PHYSIQUE. The form. The progress. The effort. Even the potential. Not the sex.
Sorry, getting too close to the line doing that. But, to make you happy I voted anyway. I feel so dirty, but I kinda liked it. Does it always feel like this?
No, stop! Dammit. The seed of doubt has been planted.[/quote]
It’s ok… we all cried the first time.
HAHAHA…you guys are TRULY hilarious…LMAO!!!
Oh, and Utahpwr–you look great!

Good observation. I dont really see this as gay. This is a bodybuilding site. Most of the supporters of bodybuiling are guys. Have you guys ever attended a bodybuilding show.
Utah, may we please see a sample of your diet?
I read in your other thread you basically live off protein shakes, bars, and then some solid food later on in the day. Do you still follow this? (Thinking of trying this out…)
Diet… Well i have been changing this… So bare with me
6:30ish am
Turkey Sandwhich. 45g p 30 g carb
post workout 8-8:30 depends on day
Shake with grain bar or protein bar.
60 g p 30 g carb or 30 and 30
after class 11:30ish
Chic breast and pasta
45g p 45 g carb
before next class 1:45
another chic breast and broc
45 g and 10 g
Dinner 1 4:00

If anyone has ideas… still fine tuning… but trying to bounch around school and apt. not much time in the day… you know how it is…
Thanks all for the rating…
Is this the diet you followed to achieve the body you have now…? If so then don’t change anything man lmao
If not, what is the diet you did follow to achieve those results?
Multi vit + extra b, e, c, and FISH OILS!
With lunch i normally have a class of whole milk to help with fat intake…
And with dinner’s.

We’d rate you Olesya, but there is no “11” on the scale.

And my friends call me a genetic freak or a monster because i will run that program forever. I have been using it for about 9 months, and i have take 3 weeks off, so 3 months on, week off and back to busting my butt. I love it.
But i will do more pl training when i find a comp that is close, my goal is to go to worlds! I was invited last year, school got in the way, this year, I’M GOING… AND I’M PLACING!
Thanks again all.
where are your legs?
ok if Arnold in some of the scenes in Pumping Iron is a 10, frank Zane a 10 and Flex wheeler at his peak a 10.
Then where would you rank yourself?
9 I would give chris cormier, or even Thomas Jones , Bears Running back.
8 I would give to someone like T-Nation member Gifted. or Stan McQuay.
7 hmm. still seems your to far from a 7 spot. alott of beverly intls clients would end up here.
6. Hmm I guess that seems about right.
or maybe a 5.
Looking solid. I will have to get in touch with you when we have that strongman comp…and with numbers like that you might even give #4 a run for his money!

How longs do your workouts usually take?

Anyone else think about this? Howard Stern’s first album, back in 1982 when he was at DC101 in Washington D.C. I grew up listening to him back then. “Ranking” was basically insulting people using mama jokes and “you’re so ugly…” and the like. Howard used to have “Ranking contests” and callers would try to beat him. He never lost.
If you were in junior high school in the D.C. area back in the early 80’s, ranking was one of life’s great pleasures.
Since I’m a girl… I don’t think its a gay statement ![]()

LEGS??
you are asking people to rank your upperbody.(nobody has legs?)
You have a good build and good numbers, keep up the good work.
Legs are coming… My apt doesn’t have any mirrors. I will send some when i get to the gym.( i have not worked them out in a week plus, no pump.)
Kill’em all, thanks for your break down of the ranking. But Question, what would you rank yourself?
Would you have to continue down talking everyone if you start to look at it from yourself and not from the greats?
But I thought about you while i was lifting this morning, so thanks for the extra motivation…
